This month we are featuring an April property in the desirable St. Elmo neighborhood. We received a call from our good friend and long time client, Kelly Cooper, with Kelly Cooper Homes that 1610 W 52 Street needed staging. W 52 Street was a for sale by owner and after Kelly took on the listing, she had a strategic plan to get it sold within 72 hours. This plan included staging. It’s an open concept floor plan and not all potential buyers can envision the furniture layout, plus she wanted top dollar.

We staged the living room, dining room, master bedroom, office, and a small flex space. We worked with the seller’s paint colors to create a neutral but inviting space.

Kelly strategically had the house on the market for 72 hours. The sellers received 6 offers and closed at $31K over list price.
