Client Feedback: “When sellers are being told that inventory is low and that homes are selling for unbelievable prices, it’s natural to question your realtor when they suggest investing in staging in today’s market. Even though the shortage of inventory may have positioned this home to sell quickly, I wanted to make sure my client walked away with as much money as possible. I can’t tell you how many times I had to say, ‘Trust me, I promise you’ll get your investment back and then some!’ Staged to Sell advised us on painting, repairs, curb appeal…so much more than installing furniture and décor. My client was giddy when she first saw the home finished and staged. And, she was absolutely over-the-moon when we received our first offer within hours of being on the market! Staged to Sell knocked this one out of the park. They made me look like a shining star and they helped my client walk away with an extra $41,000!
*Staged To Sell has 3 different Staging Level/Price Points depending on the Price Point of the property we are staging.

This month’s feature is a true transformation! Angela and David Pierce reached out to us to look at 3208 Ozark Circle back in May. When the seller, agent, and stager work hand-in-hand, magic happens.

We understand that sometimes the project just feels too big, but when you see a $41K over asking price, isn’t all of the hard work worth it in the end? At Staged to Sell, we love working with an agent who is willing to go down that hard road for a client.

The seller, who is wheelchair bound, was in the process of cleaning out the house that she dearly loved when we first came to see it. Since she had already moved out, and Angela knew it was time to make the house fresh. We suggested white paint everywhere on the main floor. We then helped them decide on which rooms would best showcase the house. Older homes don’t always have the seamless floor plans that we see today, so a strategic staging plan helped highlight the possibilities of this 1950s home. The best part, buyers saw the possibilities of this amazing place they now call home. And, even better, the seller walked away with an additional $41,000!
